The basics of our working relationship with clients. A full service agreement is issued and signed at onboarding.
Use of this website and engagement of trySafeHouse Home Watch & Concierge services is governed by these terms. A full Service Agreement is provided to every client at onboarding and supersedes the summary below.
Services
Home watch services are visual inspections only. We do not perform repairs or maintenance as part of standard packages — we identify issues and coordinate qualified vendors on your behalf.
Insurance & Liability
trySafeHouse Home Watch & Concierge carries general liability insurance and is fully bonded. A certificate of insurance is available on request. Our liability is limited to the scope of our contracted visits.
Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Annual subscriptions may be canceled with pro-rated refund minus any services rendered.
